Orders and pricing
Prices, availability and lead times can change until an order is accepted. Build quotes are estimates and are confirmed by a person before any invoice is issued.
Winsome Protection™
Protection plans are service contracts, not insurance. Coverage, exclusions and claim procedures are described in the plan terms provided with your purchase.
Partner and trade accounts
Trade and certified partner accounts are granted at our discretion, require accurate business information, and may be suspended for misuse or resale outside agreed terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other customers' records, or scrape pricing intended for approved accounts.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or plan giving rise to the claim.
