Most equipment ships from our Texas warehouse. Heavy units move by freight.
Processing
In-stock orders are processed within one to two business days. Van builds and configured setups are scheduled after a person confirms scope and lead time.
Methods and cost
Small parts and accessories ship ground. Pressure washers, extractors, tanks and reel systems ship LTL freight; cost is calculated at checkout or quoted for oversized builds.
Delivery windows
Ground orders typically arrive in three to seven business days. Freight carriers call to schedule a curbside delivery appointment.
Damage and shortages
Inspect freight before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and contact support within 48 hours so we can file the carrier claim and get a replacement moving.
