Returns & exchanges
Equipment that doesn't fit your work can come back. Protected equipment failures go through the exchange flow instead.
Return window
Unused equipment in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return by contacting support with your order number.
Condition
Units that have been run with water, chemicals or fuel are considered used and are handled as a warranty or protection claim rather than a return.
Freight returns
Oversized items require a scheduled freight pickup. Return freight is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection at our warehouse.
Protected equipment
If a unit covered by Winsome Protection™ fails, file a claim in your protection portal — we route replacement or exchange through the nearest certified location instead of a standard return.
